Internet Removals
Intellectual property only holds if you can find it, name it, and act.

Internet Removals protects intellectual property online — copyright, brand assets, counterfeits, impersonation, and unauthorised use. You cannot enforce what you cannot see. You should not file on what is not IP.

Intellectual property is a closed set. Copyright in original works. Trade marks in signs that identify source. Related rights in images, catalogues, and brand assets that someone actually owns. It is not every unkind post, not a true review, not a public fact, and not an idea sitting in someone’s head. A system that treats every mention as infringement is noise. A system that cannot tell a stolen product shot from commentary is a liability — for the client and for the platform that has to read the notice.

That distinction has to live in software, not in a one-off search. Copies move. Listings reappear. Unauthorised pages get stood up overnight. IP monitoring is a loop: profile the protected assets, scan for matches, classify what the match actually is, act where a right exists, confirm removal, watch for the copy to come back. DMCA and platform notices are the last mile. Without monitoring, they are a letter about a URL that is already gone and replaced.

As CTO I own that architecture — asset profiles, detection, queues, evidence, access, and audit. Sensitive client matter. Volume that will not wait for a manual crawl. The legal characterisation and the operational system are the same job: know what IP is, find where it is being used, and only then spend the shot.

  1. 01

What IP is — and is not

Copyright, trade marks, and owned brand assets. Not hurt feelings, not ideas, not facts, not legitimate criticism. Enforcement starts with that line.

  2. 02

    Monitoring software

Asset profiles, continuous scan, match classification, and reappearance watch. Protection is a loop, not a single search.

  3. 03

Notices that follow a real right

DMCA and platform takedowns aimed at infringing copies, counterfeits, and impersonation — not a spray of complaints at everything indexed.

  4. 04

    Systems underneath

Intake, evidence, queues, access control, and audit. IP work at volume is infrastructure, or it does not hold.
